Article 1: Application
1.1 - These general conditions of sale govern, exclusively, the contractual relationship between SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS (hereinafter referred to SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS), and any person (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") which passes control to the merchant website (hereinafter "Site") via the following address: jeannot.fr

1.3 - These general conditions apply to all items offered for sale on the site, and are reserved for guests over 18 years old who have full legal capacity.
1.4 - Any order one or more items listed on the site involves consultation and unreserved acceptance by the client of these terms and conditions as well as tariffs. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other document as well as the terms and conditions of the customer's country.

Article 4: Price of goods

Article 5: Payment and security
On settlement of the order, the customer will have the choice between the following methods of payment:

- Payment by check
5.1 - Arrangements for payment by credit card:
The customer can pay for purchases directly on the site. The amount of the order will be charged at the time of validation. Payment by credit card is secured by an encryption system...

5.2 - Arrangements for payment by check

The check will be deposited in the bank for collection upon receipt.
For all methods of payment, the amount of purchases must be paid in full and once the day of the order. Orders will be validated and processed, after acceptance of the payment by banking centers involved (for payments by credit card, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard) or after receipt of payment (for bank checks).
In case of payment dispute with a customer, SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS reserves the right to refuse the order.
Article 6: Delivery
6.1 - Method of transportation:
Orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS reserves the right to choose the appropriate mode of transport. Orders will be delivered in France by Colissimo or another operator.
6.2 - Delivery of products will be effective upon receipt of the total amount of the order. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, when placing his order. Consequently, the coordinates provided by the customer are considered to be accurate and does not undertake, in case of dispute, the liability of SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS. In the absence of the customer upon delivery, the carrier will leave a notice at the address indicated.
6.3 - The average delivery time is 10 days. It is indicated only for guidance and do not constitute a commitment on our part.
6.4 - Delivery outside France:
Shipping quoted when placing an order are for deliveries in France. Delivery rates outside France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has indicated the country in which he wishes to be delivered.

6.6 - Acceptance of Products:

Article 7: Right of withdrawal

Article 13: Applicable law and jurisdiction clause conferring
These terms and conditions are written in the French language and are governed by French law. In case of dispute between the parties, the territorially competent court shall be the court of commerce of France.
