Article 1: Application

1.1 - These general conditions of sale govern, exclusively, the contractual relationship between SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS (hereinafter referred to SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS), and any person (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") which passes control to the merchant website (hereinafter "Site") via the following address: jeannot.fr

1.3 - These general conditions apply to all items offered for sale on the site, and are reserved for guests over 18 years old who have full legal capacity.

For all methods of payment, the amount of purchases must be paid in full and once the day of the order. Article 6: Delivery

Orders can be shipped anywhere in the world. SOCIETE JEANNOT SAS reserves the right to choose the appropriate mode of transport. Orders will be delivered in France by Colissimo or another operator.

6.2 - Delivery of products will be effective upon receipt of the total amount of the order. The products will be delivered to the address specified by the customer, when placing his order. 6.4 - Delivery outside France:
Shipping quoted when placing an order are for deliveries in France. Delivery rates outside France, will be calculated as soon as the customer has indicated the country in which he wishes to be delivered.

6.6 - Acceptance of Products:
